11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sasaspace, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

The Services and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are the sole property of Sasaspace or its licensors. You are not granted any rights to the intellectual property of Sasaspace other than those expressly set forth in these Terms.
13. Force Majeure
Sasaspace shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.
14. Entire Agreement
